Magdalena Mikoda

Magdalena has been working in Talent Acquisition since 2012. Her work focuses on talent strategy, recruitment, and the evolving future of work. Since 2020, she has operated fully remotely with global, distributed teams in the Web3 industry, collaborating with organizations such as Parity Technologies (Polkadot) and RootstockLabs (Bitcoin Layer 2), as well as startups and scaleups in the AI space. She has led full-cycle hiring across technical, security, GTM, and executive roles while supporting global hiring and people initiatives across APAC, EMEA, and LATAM.
