What We’re Hiring
We’re looking for someone who understands high-value users in crypto and Web3, can manage VIP relationships, drive trading activity, and deliver a premium level of service to VIP clients.
Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years managing VIP or high-tier customers, ideally in the blockchain space.
- Solid understanding of crypto trading behaviour, customer lifecycles, and asset flows.
- Some skills in BD, operations and excellent customer service
- Business level in Korean or higher
- Bonus - Worked at a crypto exchange or similar
