Axiom is hiring for a stealth-mode AI company seeking a Senior Engineer to help build the systems behind next-gen intelligent applications.

The Role
You’ll be a key part of the engineering team, building the systems and infrastructure that power advanced AI workflows behind the scenes.
- Build Python-based services and APIs using Flask
- Develop scalable interfaces for LLMs, vector DBs, and AI tools
- Design and optimize RAG pipelines and orchestration logic
- Work cross-functionally with frontend, devops, and AI teams
- Set up CI pipelines and contribute to modular, tool-based systems
You’re a full-stack engineer who leans backend, confident in Python, and excited to shape the future of AI systems.
- 3+ years of backend/full-stack experience (Python/Flask)
- Hands-on with LLM tools and orchestration (e.g. OpenAI, LiteLLM)
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, and vector databases
- Comfortable with CI/CD tools like Docker and GitHub Actions
- Focused on clean code, testing, and modular design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Familiar with observability tools like Langfuse
- Built or worked on agentic AI systems
- Contributed to AI/ML tools or open source projects
