What We’re Hiring
The business is looking for an experienced Risk leader who can build and run a full risk management and market surveillance framework in a high-volume trading environment.
Requirements:
- 5–8+ years in market surveillance, risk, or compliance within financial or crypto trading environments
- Strong knowledge of EU market and MiCA requirements
- Hands-on experience with surveillance tools, analytics, alerts, and investigations
- Ability to assess operational, market, custodial, and counterparty risks
- Proven leadership across reporting, regulatory work, and cross-team collaboration
